This is to inform all concerned and interested that on the ocassion of Panchamda's Birth Anniversary, EUPHONY is arranging an exhibition on R.D.Burman on
the 27th & 28th June 2009
at Gorky Sadan,Kolkata.

The exhibition will be from 2pm - 8pm for the above 2 days.

Euphony brings to you for the 1st time in Kolkata A PRIVATE SCREENING of the much awaited feature-length documentary on our BOSS titled "PANCHAM UNMIXED" by Brahmanand Siingh.

The film will be screened at Vidya Mandir Auditorium on the 22nd of March'09 (Sunday) from 6.00 PM onwards.

Boss probably was the inventor of Background Signature Tune in Hindi Film Music, which stayed throughout the movie, after and for ever....

As the theme for example check out Hum Kisise Kum Nahin....what a masterpiece??? And for situational music check out "Ram Naam" Music from Jeevan Mukt....exactly fitted the situation, but with a twist....completely played on harmonium and check out the percussion --> specially dholak and khanjani

BOSS never repeated himself and hence made such significant impact in our listening pleasure. All of HIS background scores truly stand out.
